Occupational Medicine Physician
Actively seeking a board eligible/board certified Occupational Medicine physician to join established, thriving, hospital-employed Occupational Medicine clinic in the Kansas City (Missouri) Northland.
The Meritas Health Occupational Medicine office is located on the campus of North Kansas City Hospital. There is one physician and one nurse practitioner treating work related injuries during clinic hours Monday – Friday. No call. After hours care is provided through North Kansas City Hospital emergency department. Great relationship with hospital medical staff; seamless orthopedic referrals and timely transport to ED.
Services include: pre-employment testing, DOT physicals, treatment for acute injuries (splinting, suturing, etc), immunizations, drug testing, agility testing, HPEs, FCEs, work hardening, Green Leaf evaluations, spirometry, PFTs, EKGs, respirator fit testing, and complete rehabilitation including onsite physical therapy and occupational therapy.
