Individuals should check with their medical insurance plan to find out what benefits are available and which providers are in network. Individuals should also check for any Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) for any work sponsored benefits or free short term counseling available.

Clay County Senior Services provides effective and quality programs to support seniors. They help with transportation, in-home services and more.

Northland Healthcare Access

NHCA serves both Clay and Platte Counties. The Care Coordinator assists eligble residents get access to healthy food, navigate prescription costs, help with utility bills, and more.

Northland Shepherd Center

Northland Shepherd Center assists Clay and Platte County adults age 60 years and older. Services provides includes transporation, meals, minor home repair, shopping assistants and more.
